CRSJ was built from the ground up — literally.

In 2023, we purchased our first property in North Topsail Beach and began developing a thoughtfully designed vacation rental. What started as a personal investment quickly turned into something more. As the property came to life, we built out custom systems for pricing, automation, guest communication, and local support — and before long, our results outperformed the big-box managers operating in the same market.

Encouraged by our success, we expanded to Scottsdale, Arizona. A new market, a new climate, and a new guest profile gave us the opportunity to refine and test our systems further — and they held strong.

What we discovered along the way was this: many owners were trying to piece together their operations from scratch or were stuck with underperforming management services that didn’t truly understand the guest experience or the owner’s goals. So we made a decision — to package everything we had learned, built, and tested into a streamlined service for other owners.

CRSJ exists to bring proven, high-performance vacation rental systems to other property owners who want results without the overwhelm.

We’re Curt and Renee — a husband-and-wife team with complementary strengths and a shared commitment to doing things right. Curt brings the financial and strategic side. Renee brings the creative and operational side.
