CRSJ Rentals began with a simple story: a couple searching for a home near the coast who fell in love with Topsail Island. Curt and Renee traded upstate New York for North Carolina sand and seafood—and soon discovered it was the perfect place to build something new.

After purchasing their first beach property in 2023, they quickly learned how to manage it with efficiency and care, outperforming others in the market. That success became the foundation of CRSJ Rentals.
