House Rules & Tips

Parties/Illegal Activity: Large parties and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Bachelor/Bachelorette groups are approved provided all guests (up to 15) are included in the reservation.

  • Checkout: Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late departures without prior approval will incur a fine of $50 for every 30 minutes past 10:00 AM. If the home is left excessively dirty or in poor condition beyond normal use, an additional cleaning fee will apply.

    • Remove all food from the refrigerators and dispose of any perishable items. 

    • Clean up any spills or food to help prevent pests.

    • Collect all garbage and place in designated bins.

    • Lock all doors before you leave.

  • Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Scottsdale enforces a noise ordinance to protect neighbors from disturbances caused by vacation rentals. This applies to all properties in the area. If the police are called for a noise disturbance or party, guests could be fined up to $2,500, and this fine will be charged to you.

  • Smoking: No smoking inside the house, including cigarettes, vapes, and marijuana. Smoking outside is allowed, but please clean up after yourself.

  • Parking: Up to 4 cars can park in the driveway, and 1 car can park on the gravel next to the driveway. Do not block the alley.

  • Towels: Pool and hot tub towels are in the closet at the end of the hall. Green towels are for indoor use only. For spills, use the mop in the laundry room or the gray and blue towels in the closet at the end of the hall.

  • Dogs: Dogs are welcome but must be cleaned off before being allowed on furniture or bedding. Please encourage dogs to use the front yard for bathroom breaks and clean up after them.

  • Doors/Windows and AC: If you open doors or windows, please turn off the AC.

  • Pool/Spa: The spa takes several hours to heat up so we recommend checking the temperature when you arrive and adjust it to your desired temperature. This will give it time to adjust to your desired temperature.

    • Tampering with the pool pump or heater is strictly prohibited. A camera monitors this area for security. If the pump or heater is tampered with and damaged, you will be held liable for the cost of repairs. 

    • We have a weekly pool and spa service that requires access to the backyard. They will enter through the gate, so please allow them to service the pool and spa.

    • Please close umbrellas when they are not in use.

  • Outdoor Refrigerator: The refrigerator is unplugged. You may plug it in for use.

  • Streaming: We provide Fubo, Netflix, and Roku streaming services. You are welcome to sign into any accounts that you have but please remember to sign out before leaving.

  • Wi-Fi:

Hot Tub Instructions:

Press any button to activate the keypad. After 2 minutes without activity, the keypad will go dark.

The pictured control is the two-pump version, models that have one pump will only have one "Jets" button.

  1. Display Window: Shows the current status of the hot tub.

  2. Filter Indicator Light: Glows when a filter cycle is in progress.

  3. Set Indicator Light: Glows when the temperature displayed is the desired temperature, not the actual water temperature.

  4. Heat Indicator Light: Glows when the heater is on.

  5. Jets Button 1: Push once for low speed, twice for high speed. Push a third time to turn off.

  6. Jets Button 2: Push once to turn on, twice to turn off.

  7. Light Button: Turns light on and off. To lock or unlock a color, turn light off for three seconds, then on again.

  8. Up and Down Buttons: Change desired water temperature.

  9. Mode Button: Opens the audio and/or options menus.

SWIMMING POOL AND SPA SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND RELEASE

By booking this home, you have acknowledged and agreed to the terms outlined in this Safety Acknowledgement and Release. You also have agreed, on behalf of all guests in your party, to the following:

  • To supervise all children and minors at all times around the pool or spa.

  • To ensure all doors, windows, and barriers to the pool or spa are closed and locked when not in use. The sliding glass door child like is located at the top of the door.

  • To assume all risks related to pool or spa access.

  • To indemnify and hold harmless the property owner, co-host, and associated personnel from any liability or claims related to pool or spa use, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Pool and Spa Safety Guidelines:

  • No glass is allowed in or around the pool or spa.

  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool and backyard.

  • Avoid leaving toys or objects in the pool or spa area that might attract children.

  • Never let phone calls, doorbells, or chores distract you when children are near the water. Maintain full attention at all times.

  • Do not rely on swimming lessons or flotation devices to prevent drowning.

  • Learn CPR—family members and babysitters should be CPR certified. 

In Case of an Emergency:

  • Act immediately—shout for help.

  • Pull the child or individual out of the water.

  • Call 911 (or the local emergency number) as soon as possible.

  • Check for breathing and, if necessary, begin CPR if you are trained.

Occupancy:

This property accommodates a total of 15 guests, with a strict maximum occupancy of 15 people at any time.
